With 12 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, including three overseas operational deployments, Daryl forged his leadership under pressure where discipline, clarity, and execution weren’t optional—they were expected. After the military, Daryl transitioned into policing, where he spent 21 years leading in high-risk environments, including as a Critical Incident Commander. Whether managing hostage situations or directing tactical operations, he brought calm to chaos and made decisions that saved lives and ensured mission success. He was trusted when it mattered most because he delivered.

Daryl has led leadership and discipline coaching for high-performance teams and organizations, bringing a results-driven approach rooted in real-world experience. Through Tier 1 Leadership Consulting, he now delivers that same operational precision to leadership development across sport and business.

He has worked directly with OHL hockey players, professional basketball athletes, coaches, and corporate executives training them to lead under pressure, communicate with clarity, and build mental resilience that holds in high-stress situations.
